Preparing the Launch of the first PhD Programme in Law in Cambodia

Today I spent considerable time with my Colleague Soy Kimsan (of the Center for the Study of Humanitarian Law) learning about their launch of the first PhD Programme in Law in Cambodia at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Phnom Penh planned for 2020.

I hope that my own team at the University of Lausanne can be actively involved – in 2020 still thanks to the Horizon 2020 project ( https://www.unil.ch/dip/en/home/menuguid/institutions-for-knowledge-intensive-development-horizon-2020-pr.html) we are participating in and in the future hopefully with the support of the Swiss Government Excellence scholarships and the Swiss Network for International Studies (SNIS).

Should you want support this great initiative let me know….
